The Working Group for Formative Innovation (GTIF) exists to promote and boost development and innovation in teaching-learning models.

GTIF collaborates with all Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) organic units to create training opportunities, reflection and implementation of training actions for teachers, students, researchers and technicians.

This structure intends to support all IPB teachers and students in the implementation of active methodologies and build experiences in the real work context in collaboration with companies and institutions within the region.

Current IPB study plans include many practical components, popular among students for their innovative approach and the labor market opportunities provided by the programs, which GTIF helps to disseminate.

There is also room to promote challenges of different levels of complexity, both individual and collective, and to ensure staff training in partnership with institutions and international organizations of reference.
